My 7 year old grandson was having a piano recital and I wanted to make some sugar cookies as a treat for afterwards. I thought this would be a nice addition for the after event, but when I tried to make the cookies using a well reviewed sugar cookie recipe, the dough just would not release from the mold. I did look at some of the videos associated with the product, so clearly it's possible. But there just seems to be too much going on with the cutter for the dough to release cleanly. And I did put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour or so ahead of time to give it some body. Unfortunately I had to return this item.
